Health Coaching Programs
Health Coaching Program Overview
All of these programs are bio-individual (specific to your needs as an individual) and done in a gentle and non-combative format at the pace YOU dictate. My goal with these programs is to give you a safe and supportive space where you learn that is is safe for you to dictate what you want to focus on (with professional guidance) and that I assist you in cultivating confidence in your inherent abilities to solve your own problems and make positive changes in your life - I am just a guide and a partner who can provide you with information and knowledge, but YOU are the one capable of making all of these positive changes for yourself, sometimes, we just need some help to remember our inherent capabilities, strength and value, which is what I’m here to help you develop.
Additionally, most of my programs will include a focus on taking care of your nervous system through the change process - often as we unpack particular struggles and thought patterns, the nervous system can be activated and put us into modes of fight, flight or freeze, that can keep us in patterns of fear, shame or suffering. We will go over how the nervous systems works, from its’ anatomy to its’ activation and how that affects our thinking and actions, how to regulate the nervous system when it is activated and how to utilize this knowledge to efficiently navigate the challenges and struggles we face in everyday life.
Traditional Physical Health & Nutrition Coaching
This coaching program will focus on the 12 areas of the circle of life and bringing them into balance, with a focus on secondary food and physical health goals - We will find tips, tricks and strategies to improve your physical health both on and off the plate.
Fear-Focused Health Coaching
In this program, we focus on uncovering primary underlying fears that are holding you back from achieving your health & wellness goals. I believe “Fear,” whether that is fear of pain of the past, or fear of the unknown of the future, tends to be a driving force in what holds us back from making changes but once we name these fears, and figure out strategies to overcome them, change suddenly doesn’t seem like such a difficult process!
In this program, we will focus on where these underlying fears may stem from, how to face them, honor those fears and then overcome and integrate them to achieve your health and wellness goals.
Developing Your Authentic Self Health-Coaching
Are you someone who feels you struggle with expressing your wants, needs or desires? Do you find yourself in a constant state of people-pleasing, or allowing others to make decisions for you? Do you feel you make your decisions based off of what you “should” do versus what you “want” to do?
If so, this program is designed for you to start developing your authentic sense of self and self-worth by discovering underlying thought patterns you may have developed about who and what you should be that may be causing you to hold yourself back from genuine self-expression. We will begin by assessing what your foundational belief systems are in terms of what you believe to be “good,” “successful” or “worthy” and from there, discover where you may be holding yourself back from expressing your true, authentic self.
Masculine & Feminine Energy Balancing
This program is all about balancing your traditional primary and secondary food sources, with a focus on understanding your natural feminine & masculine traits and bringing awareness to where these traits may be presenting as “wounded.” With this awareness, we will then look at utilizing these energies to bring more balance into areas where your primary and secondary food are imbalanced, focusing on your relationship to others and to yourself.
Inner Child & Re-Parenting Health Coaching
Traditional health coaching with a focus on feelings, thoughts and emotions you have had towards yourself since you were a child and how to focus on that “little you” to make health and lifestyle changes today.
Customizable Health Coaching
Don’t know where to start, but know you want to make improvements in your health and wellness goals? After an initial coaching assessment, we can determine which areas you may like to focus on, and create a customizable health coaching program that fits your needs. Remember, each health coaching program will be bio-individual and guided by where you are at in the current state of your life and development, so you don’t have to feel tied to one specific program.
